What I wish to offer is a way to reconnect with who we are: Nutrition is one fundamental factor to our existence; our need for food is deeply rooted into our animal self, therefor by listening to our body we are able to find our health and balance, and to improve the quality of our life.

The Journey of life is cyclical and in constant motion, there is not one balance, there is not one way, there is not one diet: let’s learn together the tools to continuously shape ourselves in relation to this motion. Let’s be like water.
